Dosti Realty has regularly received accolades for its marvellous landscapes and intriguing structures.

From Mumbai's Municipal Commissioner in 2005 for Dosti Flamingos, Parel-Sewree.
From Mumbai's Municipal Commissioner in 2008 - 1st Prize for the display of class 27 - B at the 13th Exhibition for plants, flowers, fruits and vegetables at Dosti Acres, Wadala. The project has also received awards from them in the last three consecutive years for having the best maintained podium landscaped garden.

At Dosti Realty we believe that Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is the avowed duty of every organisation. We try our level best to create a better society by generating activities that involve the environment as well as our consumers, employees, communities, stakeholders and other members of the public sphere. We believe that generating profit should not be the organisation's only motive and that giving back to society is far more important. We are therefore fulfilling our commitment and setting an example by practice, in the realty world.

Dosti Realty's social welfare and philanthropic activities are carried out by DOSTI TRUST, which was founded by Shri Kishanbhai Goradia. Along with the city based NGO, PRATHAM, the trust actively supports basic education and organises nutritious meals for the children of construction workers.
Dosti Trust has supported 'Sarvodaya Rahat Abhiyaan', to help the people who were affected by the massive floods that occurred in Mumbai on 26th July, 2005.
Through the All India Sarva Seva Sangh, the group had also reached Bihar, to help the people that faced disastrous situations due to torrential rainfall.
Dosti Farm at Dollarpada and Apna Farm at Bendgaon (both in Thane District, Maharashtra) are cultivating organic fruits and vegetables without using chemical fertilizers or any other inputs that are harmful to human beings. The villagers and farmers in these locations earn their livelihood by working on these farms.
Dosti Trust is also actively associated with Sadhbhavana Sangh, publishing a monthly magazine called 'Sadhbhavana Sadhana' in Gujarati, Hindi and English. It carries various relevant social and cultural topics.
In association with the Maharashtra Sarvodaya Mandal and Gram Swaraj Samiti, the Dosti Trust regularly organises different kinds of social activities like balwadi (children's school academic classes), tailoring classes, lok-adalats, nasbandi and carries out protests against activities which harm society.
Dosti Trust is also engaged in various activities that are designed to motivate people to actively participate in social issues and make the electorate aware of their duty to exercise their right to vote for the deserving candidate in the general elections.
